Our Work Out PRograms are Amazing

 Jabs Hoboken Gym Weekly Workout Plan 

 

Monday: Warm-up (10 min jump rope) → Strength & Conditioning (30 min weightlifting/core) → Traditional Boxing (20 min technique drills) → Cool-down (10 min stretching). 

 

Tuesday: Warm-up (5 min shadow boxing + stretches) → Cardio Boxing (45 min high-intensity bag work) → Strength & Conditioning (15 min resistance bands) → Cool-down (5 min meditation). 

 

Wednesday: Rest or light activity (yoga or brisk walking). 

 

Thursday: Warm-up (10 min jogging) → Traditional Boxing (45 min combinations/sparring) → Strength & Conditioning (15 min explosive drills) → Cool-down (stretching/foam rolling). 

 

Friday: Warm-up (5 min jump rope + agility drills) → Muay Thai (30 min strikes/kicks) → Strength & Conditioning (20 min upper body) → Cool-down (10 min yoga). 

 

Saturday: HIIT Boxing (45 min high-intensity intervals) → Group Workout (team endurance challenges) → Cool-down (relaxing stretches). 

 

Sunday: Rest or active recovery (light stretching or walking).
